CANCELLATION POLICY

At Cynthia's Lash & Beauty we always prioritise our customers and offer flexible appointment booking system. Cancellations or changes to appointments made outside 48 hours of the appointment will incur no additional charges. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your booking deposit plus an additional cancellation fee (25% of treatment cost, inclusive of deposit). This is to cover the loss of earnings from that appointment that we now cannot fill at such short notice.

LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY

To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Lateness will erode your appointment time, but you will still be charged full price. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule but will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
